In this paper, the experimental data of soil water in artificial swards are used to diteuss the annual variation regularities of soil water in sward. The dynamics of soil water in award is mainly affected by precipitation and the water consumption of grass. Precipitation in the raing season plays on important role in the supplement of soil water in arid sward.
