    摘要:

    本文首次采用了近红外光谱(NIRS)分析法对我国黄土区土壤水分、有机质和总氮含量进行评价分析.结果表明,该法与实验室化学分析法之间相关性高,误差小.52份样品定标结果:水分、有机质和总氮的复合相关系数分别为0.974,0.938和0.942;标准误差分别为1.08,0.23和0.042.74份样品的检验结果:相关系数分别为0.969,0.921和0.928;估测标准误差分别为114,0.28和0.046.三项组分的NIRS测值均达到了与实验室化学分析相似的水平.用NIRS法评价我国黄土区土壤水分、有机质和总氮含量具有快速、准确、简便、低耗等优点.

    Abstract:

    The soil moisture (SM),organic matter (OM) and total nitrogen (TN) contents in loess in China have been first evaluated and analysed with near infrared (NIR) spectroscopic method in this paper.The results show that the values measured by NiR are closely correlated with that measured by chemical analysis method and its errors are smaller than the latter.The tested results of 52 samples indicate that the multicorrelation coefficients of soil moisture,organic matter and the total nitrogen are 0.974,0.938 and 0.942 respectively,and their standard deviations are 1.08,023 and 0.042 respectively;The tested results of 74 samples show that the correlation coefficients for three tested items (R) are 0.969,0.921 and 0.928;and the estimated standard deviations are 1.14,0.28 and 0.046 respectively.All the results of the three tested items close to the results obtained by the chemical analytical method in laboratories.
