    摘要:

    土壤病毒是生态系统中不可或缺的隐形调控者。它们通过编码多种辅助代谢功能基因,显著影响病毒与宿主之间的相互作用,并在维持土壤健康方面发挥关键作用。病毒通过裂解宿主细菌促进养分释放、介导功能基因的横向转移、调节微生物群落结构与代谢活动,从而驱动土壤生态系统的功能演替与稳定性维持。本综述系统总结了土壤病毒在多个方面的功能,包括促进养分补偿与元素循环(如碳固定、氮固定、硫循环和磷代谢)、改善生态环境(如调节酸碱度和修复盐碱地)、协助污染物降解、促进植物健康、控制抗生素耐药菌以及间接调节人类健康。此外,本文也指出当前研究的局限性,例如缺乏深层功能解析的工具与方法、研究区域的覆盖范围有限,并展望未来应侧重于挖掘土壤病毒基因资源、推动其安全高效的工程化应用,为农业可持续发展和环境污染修复提供创新性解决方案。

    Abstract:

    Soil viruses act as invisible regulators in ecosystems, profoundly influencing virus-host interactions and soil health by encoding diverse auxiliary metabolic genes. Through processes such as lysing host bacteria to release nutrients, facilitating the transfer of functional genes, and regulating microbial community metabolism, they serve as critical drivers of functional succession and maintenance in soil ecosystems. This review systematically summarizes the roles of soil viruses in nutrient compensation and element cycling (e.g., carbon fixation, nitrogen fixation, sulfur cycling, and phosphorus metabolism), ecological environment improvement (e.g., pH regulation and saline-alkali land remediation), pollutant degradation, plant health promotion, control of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and modulation of human health. Furthermore, the paper highlights limitations in current research, such as the lack of in-depth functional analysis methods and insufficient coverage of diverse habitats. Future studies should focus on exploring viral genetic resources and their safe engineered applications to provide innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture and pollution remediation.
