Abstract:
This paper introduced the contents of soil information system of Yujiang County, Jiangxi Province. The techniques for building up the system, especially the technique used for coding soil attributes, the technique in digitizing lines and polygons of concerned maps, and soil data treatments and analyses, and some proposals for establishment of the system were dealt with.
