This paper outlines an approach to the logistic regression for early rice recommended fertilization in red soil area.Logistic Regression model are used to relate nitrogen fertilizer with soil fertility variables to predict the high yield probability.The comparison between Logistic model and existing quadratic model is given on paddy soil of the red soil area.
